So I taught myself how to knit just so I could make soakers for ds. Now, seven soakers later, I've decided to branch out. Actually it happened quite by accident. Somehow I got some superwash wool and had started a soaker with it when I read that superwash is not good for soakers. So I ripped it all out and started making this hat: http://www.knitty.com/ISSUEwinter03/PATTbabytart.html. It's an interesting enough project that I'm not worried about getting bored, and at the same time, it's simple enough that I'm not intimiated by it. Oh, I'm having so much fun!
