Now I seem to be back in a phase of waking up hungry. The past few mornings I've woken at 4am and had to eat.
What do you eat when you don't want to wake the rets of the household, or put any energy into food prep in the dark?
This morning I had yogurt with grapes, an almond butter, honey, and shredded coconut sandwich, and I am about to eat a banana. But I need more!!!!

Cereal and milk, oatmeal and bagels are all food I have been enjoying since they are easy to make when that STARVING feeling hits.
I can see that I'll gain a ton of weight over the next few weeks. Oh WELL!! haha
