Yes

I have read it through twice and it is a great source of sound, nutritional info. She provides a wealth of resources. In general, she advocates examining our nutrition first, making any necessary modifications before trying chemical & synthetic drugs and/or hormones. There are some good ideas for helping short luteal cycles, PCOS, PMS, etc.
