I'm curious what Neal had to say about it? I used to listen to his show occasionally and called in to talk once. As soon as he realized I was going to say something against circumcision, he cut me off.

'ROBOT CIRCUMCISIONS?

For the hands on parent, the SmartKlamp (warning, language) brings circumcision home without all those pesky rabbis and doctors. I'm betting if you perform your son's circumcision, discipline from then on should be a piece of cake.'

gee, he pisses me off a lot (but not having a lot of libertarian talk-show hosts to draw from, sigh...)

warning about 'language', humph, as tho' the concept of circ'ing itself were not a million times more offensive than any silly vulgar anglo-saxon utterance.

i'm not surprised he cut you off, frank (i swear i am not trying to do this, lol- again unintended); you gotta call howard stern <g>.

What a scary looking device!!

I like Boortz...it's because of him that I discovered that I'm a libertarian. Frank, what exactly did you say to him? I wish I would have been listening that day!

I don't remember what the topic was that day. It wasn't about male circumcision but something related very loosely like medical malpractice or something. I also don't remember what I said. Neal figured out where I was about to go and CLICK!, I was off the air. Neal is very smart and I doubt anyone else had figured it out. I know I hadn't gotten nearly as far as I thought I would before being cut off.

Oh, my. Did you go to the SmartKlamp page? http://www.smartklamp.com/parents/how.html
Check out the happy boys (presumably circumcized with the SmartKlamp!) at the top of the page.

Quote from the instructions: "Sometimes the skin sticks to the penis, and needs to be loosened."
Yes. Sometimes the attached foreskin "sticks" to the penis and needs to be "loosened" before crushing and slicing it off. :

"A small brown ring of skin will remain for a few days on the penis, after which it will disappear by itself. "
Every circ'ed penis I've ever seen has that brown ring around it. It's called a SCAR.

The fact is more and more men are being circumcised (quote from parent info page). Where are all these men lining up for it????? Let's try again and write infants and boys are being circumcised, not more and more of them either. Arrrggghhhhh.
