Subscribing...

Haha, I forgot to subscribe after I made the dang thing.

If insomnia and having to get up three times between 3:30 and 6:30 to use the bathroom are signs of pregnancy, then I will be all right with that. Otherwise, I want my sleep back! What in the world is there to do at 7:50 am on a Sunday? I'm afraid of exploring Sunday morning television...

10 dpo

Thanks Kash!

(Cool name, by the way, I've always meant to tell you! )

It feels weird to start out the one thread, without anything too interesting to say!

My chart is not looking very happy to me, but I'm trying to take it in stride. No spotting yet, which I had been getting at 8 dpo, in the past. Seems like maybe the progesterone cream is doing something, even though my temps. are so ridiculously low. Oh well.

I hope this day turns out to be a good one for all of us!

Ahh, we cross-posted!

I too am up all by my lonesome this morning. I take my temp. at 5:45, and have been having trouble going back to sleep afterwards!

Bathroom trips and insomnia sound pretty great to me! Your chart looks gorgeous, too!

Hey, that's great that you're not spotting, Sarah! I'll KHA for you - it's not over until the red lady sings. I would think the progestrone cream would make your temps go up somewhat (though I could be wrong), so it must be doing something else!

(And thanks! Kash is actually a nickname, but I've had it for so long, it's only my parents and relatives that still call me by my given name!)

subscribing...can you please change me to waiting to know? I am 2dpo for sure. I had the worst pain in my ovaries on Friday and now am sure that it was ovulation!
Thanks! We've been up since 7am too! DD is watching Little Bill while I get to my e-mails and make breakfast. Dh is out of town.

Good morning, mamas!
I'm in a great mood today because at 11dpo, I'm having continued high temps and partial ferning. Hehehe... :
Anyone out there btdt with early pg ferning? I'm not too far past o'ing, though, so I'm trying not to obsess too much.

I thought I'd come out and introduce myself...

I'm Dina a wahm of 2 boys. I have had 5 m/c and we suffer from secondary infertility for sure. We are waiting until Aug to ttc. Because as soon as we start ttc we end up on bedrest. So my oldest is 7 and I wanted to have fun bowling, swimming and stuff while he's out of school. He goes back Aug 9 and I'll probably o on the 17th or something. I only have one ovary, lost one to a tubal/ectopic pg the very first pg. I have to be on prog supps from 3dpo. Then end up having a cervix that never closes so get a cerclage at about 17w. Had gestational diabetes with the last one. But am so blessed to even have one. YK? Thought I'd come out and post so that next month if we get a bfp you won't be like who the /--- is that? LOL Nice to meet cha!

Good morning! I'm so happy because today is 12dpo and I normally have an 11 day luteal phase and there is no AF or temp dip in sight. So I either have some kind of stomach flu that has given me a fever for the past 4 days, or I've got my triphasic groove on. I decided to wait till tommorow to test, but now I'm wondering if I should wait a little bit longer. I'm so scared of getting a negative test back, and if I just waited another 10 days to see what happened I would know anyway. I will probably cave and test. It's good to see so many other ladies here with such pretty charts- here's to this being the week of the BFP!

Cd 5

's to Heather

I am not to optimistic about this cycle, since I will be out of town without dh when I will possibly O.

I hope we see lots of BFP's this week!
Dina!! I hope your stay here is as good as mine has been

My temp is still up................ I don't know if that could just be the progesterone or not :

Ok Korin~ I am officially stalking your chart. Can you feel me looking?

cd4

getting ready for to pack her bags and take her butt on down the road (and may we not meet again for at least another year!)

I'm in a really pissy mood this morning as last night a neighbor was over and mentioned that she and her hubby are planning on getting pregnant this fall and she asked me if I'd consider watching a newborn (I guess she's a plan a head kind of gal - securing daycare before she even conceives! ) and (now here's the part that hurt & pissed me off) she goes on to say that it would be a "perfect" situation for everyone becuase if we don't have another baby her baby would be someone for my Jillian to play with and she'd have full time child care !!!! As if she just solved both of our heartaches with a single (selfish) idea I not too nicely replied, "I chose to stay home to take care of my own kids not other people's" and later added,"and I do mean 'kids' plural - we will have another child someday." Nice neighbor, eh? Just another reason I'll be glad to move this fall ...

Anyway, enough whining by me Here's to a wonderful week full of conceptions, positive hpts, good news, and friendship in the ttc trenches

cd 22 6 dpo

Hi Dina - welcome

I'm in the waiting game - should know by the end of the week :
Nice neighbor Kara - I probably would have just told her to get out. - But my patience for stupid people is pretty low these days. :LOL

Welcome Dina!!! So nice to meet another gal who spells it with an "i" and not an "e"! And nice to meet another with any variation of my name!! There aren't a lot of us out there. I hope that your stay here is short and sweet once you get started ttc.

I just scrolled through the chart sticky and was amazed at how many of those women are now pregnant....goodness. We really do have a prety darn good sucess rate here!!!

9dpo....and counting..................................

cd 5

Kara - what an insensitive neighbor! :

mrzmeg - Sorry, I don't really know anything about ferning, but it sounds good! I'm KHA for you! :

Dina!

mady5 - sounds good! :

I can just feel all the BFPs coming this week!

Question: When I was younger I had very heavy periods (long, heavy, lots of clotting etc. - yuck). I was even put on the pill at 18 to help control the bleeding (after a 30 day long period!). But now my periods are really light - like 1, maybe 2 days of actual red blood and the rest is just brown spotting. Is that ok? Does the heaviness of your period mean anything significant? I'm pretty sure that the light periods started after having my son. Don't get me wrong - I'm not complaining! But it just occured to me that it might not be "normal?" What do you all think?

Tori So sorry about the reboot.

11 or 12 DPO??

Heather I'm so very sorry. I wish I had words to soothe your sadness.. but in times like these, all we have are

Tori, sorry abou the reboot

Kate and Dina! Hope your stays here are short and sweet, and that you pregnancies are perfect and healthy. (we have good juju here.. )

Adina, your chart looks good, and I'm stalking you!!

Joi, I've been stalking you for months. can you hear me breathing down your neck?? Muuhhahahahaha Muuhahahaha

Snow Cherries, if you're not bleeding "enough" it could be that your uterine lining isn't building up enough to support implantation. I'd call your ND, MD or MW.

Des, hope your wait is relatively sane ! :

Kara, your neighbor sucks ass.

Mady, your chart looks awesome!!! I can't wait for you to chart!

Johanna.. I'll mail you a test if you need one. I just bought some at the $ store PM me your addresss.

mrzmeg, I don't know anything about ferning, but the long LP is fabulous news!

Kash, your chart ROCKS!!!! and getting up to pee 3x in 3 hours... sucks for your sleep cycle... but for PG!!!

Ok, I'm at 11 or 12 DPO.. depending on which way I analyze my chart, Advanced or FAM.. any suggestions? My temp is good, although I slept poorly at my parents house... (always sleep bad in someone elses bed) and my boobs don't seem as sore as they were a couple of days ago. I got some $ store tests, so I'll test tomorrow before hubby goes to work, unless my temp drops.

My little sister was here for my dad's birthday party, I haven't seen her in almost 2 years It was great to see her, although she did drive me a bit crazy. However, I was reminded of how fertile everyone else in my family seems. She saw the stash of baby crap we have been accumulating from friends, garage sales and what not.. and put two and two together. I told her it was not to be mentioned that we were TTC, because I just don't need advice, or pressure from the parental units, or my other sisters. I told her we had been trying for "several months" and she said "oh well if your as fertile as I am you'd have a whole brood by now". Then she proceeded to talk very nonchalantly about how she terminated a pregnancy last winter and how she's pretty sure she had at least one miscarriage last year. She has a 7 year old daughter (who is awesome) and they don't want more children, and she "couldn't carry" another pregnancy. I tried to get her to realize that she needs to PREVENT PREGNANCY if she doesn't want another child, that termination isn't birth control. She didn't seem to get it. It just reminded me that I seem to be the only woman in my family that doesn't get pregnant easily. Here is my little sis, being careless and gets pregnant at least 2x in one year. Crap crap.
