I haven't had that problem. Earlier versions of this document are posted in multiple locations. Find one by doing a google search on Thrower MMR and take one that includes the word briefing. The version from 2003 comes up frequently and includes most of the same material. Good luck.

I just hit the Cancel button on the user/password popup and it showed the document anyways.
