sewing aio's question

can i just segre the layers together or do i need to turn and topstitch?
I;ve never seens an aio serged lol but i need to whip up a quick aio for ds.
any experience?

FCB AIO's are serged and they work great!

I think it would only work though... If you use PUL or fleece outter with microfleece or microsuede inner with a snap in or lay in soaker. And make sure your thread is poly and not cotton!
