Maybe you could try taking a cool bath, to help with the heat? I used to do that all the time before we got airconditioning, I am a wicked heat wimp

we have a 1200 square foot apartment with 7 foot ceilings so it isn't hard to keep a cool 79 degrees if we are able to pay the 200 dollar electric bill. we also have three pools in this apartment complex but my three little ones don't swim yet so it is too hard to keep them all afloat when dh is working. when we have the gas money and 3 bucks for the public pool we like to go there because it is zero-depth and the kids can wade in and baby and i can sit together in a sprinkle system nicely submerged to our chests. we actually got too cold there once (hard to do when you're a chicago native and you're in the 109 degree sun).

i take baths almost daily but usually warm ones to relax. i can only stand the tub for about five or ten minutes before i feel claustrophobic and anxious. (guess who is not planning a water birth?)

it will pass, i am sure. i almost think i feel worse from staying in bed than i would if i would get out more, but i am so stinking tired. i am thirteen weeks now and hoping i will see a big change in the next month.

i love hearing your stories too. i know i am not alone and you give me something to look forward to in the next couple weeks! thanks.
