OK, I am having the crappiest day I've had in a long, long time. It is VERY hard for me to be on the wagon today. Can I vent a bit? Would that be appropriate? DH doesn't get home until 7-8 ish, and it's only 2:15. : And I'm about to bite someone's head off. Good thing Avery is getting ready to nap, or else I'm afraid I would be frustrated with her.

I just looked at the fabrics on Mudpie babies and I am just going to resubscribe to her yahoo group and wait to see if I can snag a custom slot. That sure is quite a selection of fabrics.

I have lots of new fluff on the way so I better just wait. Enjoy what we have and make sure I really decide on what we are going to go with for our stash.

I think DS would choose Very baby. He was upstairs with DD after her nap and he changed her whole diaper by himself. Can you believe it the boy is six he even had the new diaper under her so she didn't pee the bed while he had her diaper off. I may just let him pick some PUL colors he likes to have a half dozen of those on hand. If it saves me one diaper change a day I am all for it.

so how does having a pretty uniform stash work out for you? have you been able to buy a couple dozen things that fit and then stick with them? i have been buying/trying a bunch of things lately with the hopes of finding something i really love and getting 12 fitteds (not sure what brand yet, but i'd like them all the same), 12 aios (very baby, i think) and 12 prefold fitteds (i make these) and then staying with it until dd needs the next size, but i'd love to hear how that has worked for you. dh thinks i'm just buying/trying to buy/try and will never settle on a simplified system.
