My baby missed me!

I have school two nights a week from about 5-10pm. DH told me that tonight ds wanted to see me so badly. He was at his Nana's and practically dragged dh to the car saying "Home, home" "see mama, see mama". Then when they got home and I was not there he started crying until he cried himself to sleep.
I feel so bad! But at the same time I'm kinda glad that he missed me. He is such a precious little thing! Luckily, tomorrow I'll be with him all day except for the 3 hours I have to work, so maybe I can make up for the lost time.

That is the sweetest feeling and also the most confining.

My oldest two children did this - it does not last very long, so enjoy it while you can.

Better to be missed than to be told, "you go with daddy, I will stay here with Papa." Or when they are too busy to come to the phone when you call to check on them. This big kid stuff is way hard
