co-sleeper sheet question

Thread Starter
Does anyone know how to make a sheet for the Arm's Reach Co-Sleeper? I would much rather make one, or even better, find a couple of used ones for sale cheap? I bought a co-sleeper for our little baking frijole, but there weren't any sheets included.
Any suggestions?
TIA

Mine isn't assembled yet; otherwise, I would try to give you more specific directions with measurements. In the meantime, this link gives general instructions for making crib sheets. They are very, very easy. Just measure the co-sleeper mattress and adjust the pattern dimensions accordingly... Remember to factor in things like ease, seam allowances on the corners, and a hem allowance.

Good luck! Let us know how it goes, or if you have any other questiosn.

Dumb question... what are the dimensions of the mattress for an Arm's Reach? My husband built us a co-sleeper, designed specifically to fit the futon sold by Ecobaby for some other commercial brand. It was something like 18"x32" (I don't remember exactly.) I made sheets like a tight pillowcase, so I could flip the whole thing over if I wanted to rather than wash it. And, I did frequently - considering Talia slept right in the bed with me most of the time, and the most dirt those sheets saw was cat hair from one of our cats who took up residence Figured there was no reason to wash it for cat hair, when I could just flip it over. It also prevented the sheet from ever coming loose.
