"Sing a Song"

Can anyone provide the words to the Sesame Street favorite "Sing a Song?" My 18 month old dd is trying to sing it but I don't know the words except the Sing a Song part and la la la. It's been stuck in both our heads for about 3 days and is driving me nuts!

Thanks for the rest of the words. We are still singing it! lol! Actually it's a song with great meaning. We should all find our song and sing it and not worry about what others think, right?
