dying fuzzi bunz???

my fuzzi bunz are very dingy looking and i was thinking i'd dye them along with my prefolds with the rainbow rock procrion dyes. has anyone tried this or know of something else to dye the FB with??? if not, i'd like some bleach alternatives to whiten them again... thanks!

My understanding is that FB are made from fleece which is a synthetic fiber(polyester). They cannot be dyed use procion dyes.

As far as a bleach alternative...what about oxiclean, hydrogenperoxide, or some good sun exposure.
Sorry I couldn't be more help.
Maybe someone else has some good suggestions

There are some dyes that will work on synthetics (I haven't tried it yet). Check out Jacquard's Dye-na-Flow (you can get a sampler set at Michaels), but there are other brands as well. Or you can use nice fabric markers to draw/paint a picture (also at Michaels).

Unfortunately, procion dyes won't work on FB. Too bad, because that would be so cute!

I have tried it before. it did not go so hot.
I was doing a bunch of prefolds and towels (lol i just bought the trial set from dharma) since i had not use procin before.
I mixed my blue with the red to get a purple. well i got a lite lavender. dont wanna use that on my boy. lol :roll . the feelce did not do anything and a couple of the snaps did pick up a purplish hue. I think the lamiate on the PUL stoped most the absorbtion of the color.
