My birth at Special Beginnings was the most positive experience of my life. I had some complications- water breaking 3 days before ctx with light meconium, but it was treated with...
My mom gave me this for Christmas and I absolutely love it. Gorgeous illustrations and very sweet ideas inside. Plus it's just structured enough so that I can be creative about what I include...
This is the prettiest carrier, and fit my shoulders and figure (at 5'6") much better than the Ergo. I got it when my daughter was about nine months, two years ago - it doesn't appear to have...
This potty is great - excellent value & performance! (plus it's cute!) My 9 month old DS took to it right away. He is a big boy (30 in. tall - feet not quite on floor - & 27 lbs.) and this is...
I saw this girl post on the diapering board (lol I like looking at siggys)http://www.scandinavianskies.com/
looks cool I am going to go pm her. anyone ever use her yarn?
Muggins&Doody and the owner mama of www.knitwitzbaby.com were just raving over this yarn. I'm looking to order some, too. Angelica (Butterflymom) is awesome and has been working hard to make this yarn available to us.
I have two skeins of this yarn, and it is beautiful. I haven't used it yet - been too busy sewing dipes to go inside the soakers I've already made! But, I can't wait to get my fingers into it. Just winding one hank into a centerpull ball made my hands feel so soft from the lanolin. And I love the smell!
I just bought some SouthWest Trading Co. Bamboo yarn from my LYS. It's really neat - the plies loop back on themselves to make a very interesting texture to the thread. I did a little stockinette swatch w/ it and really liked the texture of it all knitted up. It wasn't fuzzy soft (b/c that's not it's nature), but it wasn't rough, either. It's pliable, but feels sturdy, and it's lightweight. I'm going to make either a s/s sweater, tank-top, or cardigan for Anwyn w/ it.
