I don't know if it IS heat rash or not... but, DS 6 sweats a lot. Usually when we're in the car. We went of a few long road trips this week and he fell asleep in the car and woke up with his back all sweaty...we were then in the sun all day which didn't help. Now he has little bumps all over the back of his neck and down his back. He's complaining that it itches. I tried some antibiotic cream and he said that it stings...so I washed it off and put tea tree oil on. He said that it helped a little, but it's still itchy. Anyone have any other suggestions? We're off on another 2 hour trip tomorrow and I don't want him to suffer.
