stretch twill for pouch?

I picked up some stretch twill ends thinking that they would be good for a pouch. Now my SIL wants a pouch for her acid reflux baby and I just want to be sure that I am making her a comfy one so she is not turned off of babywearing.
Should this work okay?

Kangaroo Korner makes adjustable pouches out of stretch twill. I think it'd work great, so long as you don't make it too tight.
