Just had to comment on the James and Lily are really dead thing.
Yes, they are really dead...but isn't there something to the little curtain/screen thing when Sirius dies? There are voices behind it...Sirius falls behind it when he dies. I seem to remember something about how we (the characters) can be reunited with people....Luna has some kind of knowledge about that, too. Actually, I think Luna has lots of knowledge we don't know about yet.
And is anyone else thinking that Harry is related to the Weasleys? We know they have a Muggle cousin who is an accountant, and Dumbledore never has a problem with him staying with the Weasleys, even though he is supposed to be with blood to protect himself.
And I am so torn about the end...either Harry is going to be the DAtDA teacher and eventually take over Dumbledore's position, or he is going to die killing Voldemort.

I can't wait for the next book. I really need her to HURRY!!!

i am currently reading the Chamber of Secrets to dd, and you all have given me alot to think about. I can't WAIT til #6.

but, something I didn't really think about til rereading #2, Hagrid is in his 60's!!!!

The link I mentioned between book two and six does not in fact relate to the 'Half-blood Prince' (because there is no trace left of the HBP storyline in 'Chamber'.) Rather, it relates to a discovery that Harry made in 'Chamber' that foreshadows something he finds out in 'Prince'.

Another thing I realized when rereading 'Order' is that James Potter would purposefully tussle his hair when he was Harry's age. And Harry's hair is always tussled no matter what he tries to do to it. Whats up with that? Something to ponder!

ohhh...Harry as the Dark Arts Prof. I like that! However, I think it would send Snape off the deep end! Maybe Tonks?

I don't know if this has been posted anywhere else but I saw an article yesterday that said that JK is considering writing an 8th book. Not that I TRUST the article but.....please, please, please, please!

On her website, she says she may, might, maybe write an 8th book but that it would be an encyclopedia type book of the world she created not a novel.
