i just read 'just a geek' by wil wheaton, and it is so cool...

wil was wesley crusher on star trek; next generation, which i never watched...

my dh started reading his blog after seeing him on the screen savers on tech tv. he writes really well, is funny and geeky and makes references i can relate to.

owensmom: do you know wil is going to be at powell's in early august? i was just at the beaverton location and saw a sign in the window about it -- i think he's supposed to be at powell's technical in the north park blocks, but i can't find it on their calendar... darn... we're going to go back there this weekend, so i'll check on the dates and location for you.

I actually called Powell's BEaverton this a.m. and asked, and the girl said the poster was an old one from a previous appearance.... (I was going to come post it here, but haven't had time!). ?????????????????????
