Vaccination card before school starts - Questions

My kids are starting in school in September (DD 1st grade and DS Kindergaten). I receive some paperwork from the school saying I must present a medical check-up and the updated vaccination card. Apparently it is PA law.
What do you guys do in PA? What happens if you don't present the card? Can your kids not be allowed to attend school??

You'll need to file an exempt form. Either religious or philosophical. Medical exempts are very hard to get. They don't want to admit their vaxes can cause ill effects.
With the philo/religious exempt (I don't know which one your state has) they can refuse to admit your child during "outbreaks". Which is fine imo. I wouldn't want my child in school during an "outbreak" anyway.

Here is some info for you. http://home.san.rr.com/via/STATES/main-pa.htm

PA has a religious exemption; it seems pretty broad and inclusive. Good luck!
