Anna, I so agree. I figure that my body is doing what it needs to right now, and I wouldn't want it to do differently, so there is really no point in stressing about it. I have much better things to spend my precious life on than worrying that my butt is getting "too big"! Of course, it helps a lot that my lover is more interested in how I feel and smell and act than how much bigger my butt is than the average model's.
What else was I going to say... oh yeah, Anna, the thing about body shape changing is that it's biologically preferable that your body does this, so it's unavoidable for most people. The cartilege softens all over your body (which is why sometimes you hear pregnant women complaining about their noses getting bigger or their feet spreading) so that your pelvic bones can move apart, and your hips get wider as a result. It's the mark of motherhood, which personally I am proud to exhibit. It's not going to get me much worship in a society that worships youth, but oh well I admit I kind of enjoy thumbing my nose at the status quo.

: This is my first baby, and I can't believe how much fat I have put on in my arms, thighs and face. I measured my belly the other day and it was 41"!! Holy cow!
