? about dropping

I am wondering if my baby has dropped. I feel the same as far as heartburn goes, I am peeing constantly but have been for weeks. However I noticed today that it looks like the top of my belly has tilted forward. I dont know what if anything that means and was wondering if maybe she dropped. At my last appt my dr said she was pretty low but didnt say dropped, engaged, or anything like that. I am 37w 2d.

I am due Aug 26 with my first, and within the last week I think the baby has dropped. I have been feeling a pressure sensation when the baby moves his head, different than any other sensations I've had so far, like deep into my botton. My midwife said his head is way down there. The only thing I have read about 'dropping' is that is could mean labor is 2-4 weeks away. My midwife didn't say anything about it, just that it's good and he's getting into position. Other than the new pressure, I haven't had any other differences. Still running to the bathroom all the time, etc....
I don't know if this answers your question, but just wanted to let you know what I was experiencing because we are due about the same time!
