Caroline asked me to post and let you know that DUNCAN IS HERE!!!!
9pounds 7 ounces, a *15 inch* head, 21 inches long -- woo!
She went into labor on her own, made it to 9cm, but started swelling and ended up with a c-sec. She was hoping for a vbac, as I'm sure you all know, but she's happy that she started on her own and decided when to go to the hospital, etc. That made a big difference.
Mother and baby are doing fine, Duncan is nursing like a champ, Big sister is happy to meet the newbie. I'm sure she'll post details when she gets up and running again -- til then
