Just wondering if anyone else is in a diaper-sewing frenzy in anticipation for a new baby. I did the math and figured out that I need to finish something like one diaper a day for the next 8 weeks in order to make sure I'm done before the baby comes!
I bought and am borrowing newborn fitteds (I figured I could resell these better than my own) and am in the process of making 2 dozen one-size (PooPockets) diapers plus two dozen small dipes for when baby grows out of the newborns (at which point I figure I won't be up for much sewing yet) plus doublers plus wipes plus burp cloths.

I'm trying to simplify things as much as possible--not all of the diapers are unique, for example, and I'm making tri-fold instead of contour soakers--and I'm trying to remember that these are DIAPERS and that perfection is not paramount.
Anyone else in a similar boat? Maybe we could form a little support group or something!

She is quickly growing out of her mediums and I'm trying to get her large stash together. After that is done, I'm thinking of starting some nb dipes for a friend of mine who is pg and really interested in cding. I may make some for our next yet to be concieved babe.

: anyway, i'm there with ya!
