Homeschooling the whole family - share your family learning

I was intregued when I saw the title "Homeschooling the whole family" on the board the other day, because I thought that this has been one of the greatest benefits to homeschooling. It turned out that that was not what the thread was actually about, but I thought that it might ignite an interesting thread on its own. Homeschooling is great for the kids, but how has it affected your whole family?

Since getting into homeschooling:

* I've started latch-hooking a small rug for ds
* We subscribed to the newspaper
* I've been looking into taking non-credit enrichment classes at our community college.
* Dh has started a video blog, which got picked up by a conservative site
* I'm planning to loosely follow the outline in TWTM and learn right along with them.
