I live in a pretty conservative area of Southwestern Illinois, and usually I'm the only one I see breastfeeding anywhere. Yesterday I took DS and DD to a local park for our playgroup and I was one of THREE moms there, nursing our babies in public, without a blanket!!!! One was a friend of mine, who usually pumps and bottle feeds EBM in public, but she said that since I always look so comfortable BFing, she figured she could do it too 
. The other woman was someone I didn't know, but she was BFing her 4 month old without covering him by the sandbox while watching her 2 year old play !
