Free Formula Draw? Info needed

Hello,

I was shopping with my 2 week old today and went to the drug store and saw a draw for a 'new mothers gift pack' with 2 cans of formula and a teddy bear.

It was my understanding that the world health organization does not premit free formula samples in Canada.

I asked the supervisor about it and he asked me to call tommorow to talk to the manager.

Any information/ links /advice would be helpful.

I don;t have any advice, but just wanted to say GOOD LUCK! I hope she realizes she's doing something wrong and give away some mother's milk tea instead!
