I went to the mw's yesterday and had my first appointment with the youngest of my four midwives. When she measuring my fundal height it measured at 35 (I am currently 27.5 weeks pregnant).
With my pregnancy with Rhys I consistently measured 2 weeks larger than my dates but my dates for Rhys were determined by dating u/s (so they were "soft" IYKWIM).
The mw said not to worry too much because depending on how the baby is lying the fundal height can be very different...but I can't help wondering if I am large for dates at my next appt (in 3 weeks) if I will be pressured to have an u/s (haven't had one yet and honestly wasn't planning on it).
Anyone else measuring large for dates (or has in the past) and ended up with a normal sized baby and no additional problems? I have only gained 8.5 pounds this pregnancy so far so its not like I am packing on the weight KWIM?

) was "high 8's tops". Well, he came out at 10lbs 10ounces. This one could be 12lbs at the rate I'm (he's) growing, I'm getting the "you're HUGE" comments also already. I say to these "well meaning"

My dd is coming upon her second birthday in 2.5 weeks. I'm sorry, I have no advice. Why don't you post in the "I'm Pregnant" main forum, not the due date clubs. You'll get more response.
