wing droop! - need help

I just sewed a diaper using the goodness gracious pattern. i t&t, made the tush area trimmer, but left everything else the same. Actually, the top snaps are a little high because i forgot to give a seam allowance. It has horrible wing droop! Would putting the snaps lower fix the problem or is there another trick? btw, it is front snapping. thanks!

add hip snaps out on the wings!! you will only use them on the smaller settings but thats all you really need them for!!

Thanks! I was thinking about that but didn't think it through. I will see if I can modify the diaper I already made.
