I am seeing that poncho everywhere! I must've seen it at least 3 times on different t.v. shows (one of them was Jessica Simpson's sister, she was wearing it for a photo shoot for her album). But then today, I went to Macy's and saw a whole bunch of different ponchos that were very similar and one that was absolutely identical with the dropstitch and everything! Only I liked the yarn I used much much better.
And guess how much it was selling for?............$160!!!!!! And their yarn looked pretty darn cheap. Plus I'm sure that poncho was machine knit. I couldn't believe the price!
And here I was wondering if $75 was way too much to ask for mine (I figured cost of yarn plus about $10 an hour would be a fair price).
