healthy "jello"

1 1/2 Tbsp. unflavored vegetarian gelatin
3/4 cup water
6 oz can frozen grape or apple-juice concentrate

Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan or plastic ice cube tray.
Soften gelatin in water in a small saucepan for 5 min.
Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until gelatin dissolves.
Remove from heat.
Add juice, mix well.
Pour into pan. Cover and refridgerate.
Chill until set.
Cut into 1 inch cubes.
Keep covered during refridgerator storage.

I'm curious as to what is vegetarian gelatin made from.
