Spotting or light af...how do I know the difference??

My af this past cycle was super duper heavy. I was soaking a tampon AND pad every 2 hours for 12 hours. Then it was light for about 9 days. That was 19 days ago and I started light spotting to light flow today. I'm also pretty nauseous but that is sometimes an O sign for me. My cervix is high and closed so I'm "fertile".

We messed up about 7 times alst cycle. (It was a long cycle) but I"m trying to be careful this time around. I'm not one of those gals that can say...oh, I hd bleeding so I can't be pg... I bleed when I'm pg. I spotted, bled heavy and passed clost with Bryce from 6 weeks to 39 weeks when he was born!


So, right now I have a liner on and it has blood on it. I had either a clot or very bloody cm earlier AND I have some cramps.

HOw do I know if its spotting...like really light when I wipe...or light af??

That's a tough one to tell. I guess only time will tell...you could take a pregnancy test if it doesn't feel like AF, but you would probably have to wait since it's only been 19 days.

I know that now it is af...I'm assuking. It is heavy and borering on the same heavy as last time. Its only been 11 or 12 days since my LST af ended!

I'm thinking more and more that this is a thyroid issue. Hopefully we'll have insuracne soon!
