This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.

check out The Food Allergy Cure by Dr. Ellen Cutler
at-home techniques to decipher what your dd is allergic to and how to get rid of them without going to a Dr.
I am checking it out personnally for relief from milk, wheat, and possible vitamin allergies.

My son is currently under NAET treatment for allergies. Ellen Cutlers Book Winning the War Against Immune Disorders and Allergies" explains details.
My son was to have his tonsils and adnoids out because they were so large and causing Apnea (20 seconds of no breathing at a time). Surgery is no longer in his horizon.

My 3 y.o. was tested last year when she was 2 y.o. She tested positive for dairy, soy, eggs, peanuts, grass, cat, dog and dustmites
Fortunately, I am a registered dietitian who loves to cook otherwise I would have been so much more overwhelmed than I was. I have read ALOT about food allergies and have a great allergist.
If you have any questions, I'd be more than happy to help. My dh thinks I am an expert about all of this now
