Nursing mamas with PPAF

My 4th PPAF is so long, I'm so tired of bleeding this week! It's been 5 days and it's still medium bleeding, that means I still have at least 2 days of light bleeding and then a couple of days of spotting left. Last month my cycle was only 27 days, af came so quickly. Just had to vent that I'm tired and wish that I never wished for af to start! At least I o'ed last month and can look forward to TTC this month!

I'm sorry that you are having to deal with your period if you don't want it.

It does sound like you want it, however, since you plan to TTC soon. I waited for ppaf for so long when i wanted to TTC. I hope you get a BFP soon.

It's not that I don't want it, I guess I am just getting used to having it again, and it's a lot heavier than it was before and my PMS sxs are worse than ever. Between spotting and bleeding it lasted 7 days and my cycle was short last month, so I felt like I didn't have much of a break.

Hi there! I just finished my 4th PPAF too and it was worse than the other three PPAF and worse than before ds was born. I had short cycles too, generally 26 days but they're still irregular but the last one was 31 days I think.

Thankfully I love my Mooncup so that makes it easier. It will be six months or more before we TTC again so I guess I may as well get used to it.

Good luck TTC!

Sometimes AF really can be a pain, huh? My 2nd PPAF was like that - long, heavy, and awful. The two since then were much better. I hope yours get better, too. AF does really seem like a mixed blessing, huh? Each month I have a moment of being very happy to be a girl and very happy that my body is healthy...and then a day later, I'm cursing it.
