For those who have/want a "natural home"

I would like your input on where to advertise a natural home that's up for sale. Web sites, places to post an ad, whatever.

As you know, not everyone is interested in buying a natural house so I would like to advertise it were I know the 'right' people will get to see it, kwim?

As for advertising, could you purchase a signature from MDC? I don't know if that's allowed for real estate, but it may be worth looking into. I would also log onto to websites that support natural homes and living, such as Mother Earth News. Good luck!

I would see if a magazine like Natural Home has an ad section in the back (i bet they do) where you could list it. Where is it located? I'd love to buy a green home.

WOW! How peaceful and georgous! How do you learn to build homes like this? Is there a good book on designing green/natural homes? I never knew you could just buy one off a relestate page like that.

And how quickly do you need to sell? We're hopefully moving back to the states next summer...we don't know where we're going yet, but if you're near a university, there's always hope...

For those who asked for the location we are in Puerto Rico. Puerto Rico is a Common Wealth State of the USA. (tax exemptions are available when you purchase a property here)

Alexisyael- There are many universities (some near, some far) but none are walking distance, if that's what you're looking for.

wow, that's beautiful! And I love the description, too. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like Puerto Rico is one of the places my dh might get a job (he is in a very specialized field, so he knows ahead of time which universities have a program he'd fit in). But good luck finding a new owner, one who loves this house as much as you do!
