midwives, doulas in louisiana???

New Orleans area to be specific. I'm searching and not finding much. A couple of midwives. One doula. I'm getting very discouraged.

Not sure about doula's, but the CPM we're using for our homebirth lives in Hammond. She takes clients in New Orleans. PM me, and I'll dig out her phone number for you.

There are only three licensed midwives in the entire state and they're all in the south . If I were in an area where *any* midwife delivered, I'd be thrilled!
