2. my tandem nursing adventure book i am ordering.
3. kegals!!!
4. this board to get me in the state of mind that yes, I am actually Preggers!!!
5. sandwiches (the only thing I have craved so far!)

Hmmm......

Good List. my last preg the 1rst trimester was pretty easy symptom wise, if not issies wise so I wont have a list for a few more weeks, I hope!

Anyways....Heres 1 thing I cant live without.

SLEEP!

My son is still waking up like every hr. Ahhh...SLEEP!

I second SLEEP!!! Ginger ale for nausea. good support bras (throughout the whole pregnancy)...other than that i can't really think of anything. Wait until the 3rd trimester though........lol

hear hear on the sleep. Sat I went to bed at 5:30 PM and didn't get up until 7:30 the next morning. Bless my DH for being so caring....

oh, and I'm off to get some Jolly Ranchers. CNM said they do wonders for nausea and they taste better than the preggo-pops!

Gotta ditto the others - sleep! Along with -- my pregnancy & childbirth book by Sheila Kitzinger & lemons ( for the nausea ). Can't think of anything else at the moment ...

What does the apple cider vinegar or lemon do for nausea? Tell me!!!
I've just been drinking raspberry-ginger tea and trying to eat protein.

the need for sleep hasn't really hit me yet I want it!!!

2. accupressure wrist bands for nausea--they seem to really be helping so far, when I wear them
3. sparkling water for nausea
4. DH
5. soup

How do you take the vinegar? In water? By itself? I'm willing to try anything.

2 sushi (not raw...of course )
3 all the cats and ppl i snuggle in my house
4 water and more water
5 excercise (grumpy jenn needs her endorphins)
6,7,8,9 sleep

i Put apple cider vinegar (like a tbsp or two.) in some water and you can add honey to make it taste good. this has always helped with any nausea or upset stomach i get, esp. by eating too much! its helping me more than ginger ale right now because the ginger ale makes me more nauseous becuase its carbonated, and i'm so not used to carbonated stuff.


Jolly Ranchers, huh? that sounds good, i think i'll have to try that!

and olives, Raven. Is that a craving or a remedy?


oh and jenn, one of mine SHOULD be exercise. why can't i get motivated???
