UGH! Growing up way too fast!

My dd just turned 10 last friday and this past friday she started AF!!! That is WAYYYYY to young, I am so stressed over it. She is doing fine, it seems like it doesn't even bother her. She actually went camping with her dad & step-mom and will be gone for 3 weeks, I'm gonna go insane, I think she should be with her mother! I do have to understand that she is growing up and she does spend a lot of time in the summer with her dad but man I am not ready for all of this, to me she is still my little girl. Can anyone recommend any books we can read together?
