OK--I'll go along with that! However you're not telling the whole story...as I caught you over at TAO talking about knitting:

soooooo.....WHAT are you knitting? Or do you buy yarn to knit with and spinning is just a sideline for now?

Actually, I am finishing up a ton of Christmas presents that I started over the summer.
I am currently knitting:
a pair of fuzzy feet from knitty
a toddler-sized hat and mitten set for my niece.
A tasia cardigan from www.cabinfever.ca
And a pair of socks for DS out of fixation cotton/elastic yarn, no pattern.

I am not knitting any of these out of my handspun, as I don't have enough for most of the projects, and the mittens are being knit out of a mohair/acrylic blend for ease of washing. And yes, the spinning is just sort of a sideline, as spinning enough yarn for a pair of fuzzy feet on a drop spindle will take me about 3 years. Plus, most of the yarn I have spun in the past month is in a box, waiting to be unpacked at my new house 2 hours away. *sniff* I have 2 weeks without my yarn stash! How will i survive? Will I be able to resist the temptation to go to the storte and buy needles and a little skien of yarn to keep me busy when i finish all of these projects?
