Dear Mothers,
I am conducting research on the medical factors affecting the ability to breast-feed. I was hoping that moms who have at least tried to breast-feed their oldest biological baby will have time to fill out a survey for me. I also am interested in answers from moms who had a difficult time breast-feeding. I have placed on the Internet a brief, confidential questionnaire that takes 15 minutes to complete. The questionnaire has the approval of the State University of New York at Stony Brook Institutional Review Board which oversees research. The Breast-feeding Survey can be found on the WWW at
http://www.stonybrook.edu/mhs
(Sometimes the server is cranky, so if at first you can't reach it, please try again or please let me know).
I appreciate any help anyone can provide– please pass on this information to other people who might be interested. Also, please contact me directly with any questions about the questionnaire at Elizabeth.Mezzacappa@sunysb.edu. (Please type "Internet Survey" in the subject line).
Thank you very much for your time.
Sincerely,
Elizabeth Sibolboro Mezzacappa, Ph.D.
