a problem with cookies!

I seem to have temporarily lost my internet access at home and am having to log on from public computers. To my dismay, I find that after I have used any computer, anyone else who visits the Mothering Discussion board from the same computer, is automatically logged on as me! I have tried deleting cookies, deleting temporary internet files, clearing the history and rebooting and it still opens up logged on as me. Now I am concerned about my privacy since anyone who uses any of these computers can get into my PMs and even post as if they were me! Please help!

Do you log out from the main board when you've finished browsing and posting?

One possibility - before you leave the computer change your board options for "Remember Username and Password?" to "No".''Also set "Browse board with cookies?" to No
