In just afew short hours (3 yrs ago) we suddenly learned you were about to join us...then 9 hours later we found out that you were already gone.
Gone before you took your first breath, your first step,etc.
But you grew your wings instead to be with other member of our families in heaven.
Words can say how hard the last 3 have been.
Thank-you for being our guardian angel.
Thank-you for keeping your garden growing, it was beautiful this year.
We all love you and miss your Dilly, Please continue to watch over us thru the days of our lives.

I'm so sorry your son died.

I looked at his picture and he is so beautiful. Thank you for sharing his memory here.

Thank-you to everyone who responded. Actually something did happen today to brighten it. My mother called this morning to wish him a happy Angel Day. this is the very very very first time she has done this since he has passed.
I guess she realized that I was not forgetting about him last time I yelled at her to tell her tht he DOES have a name and that she can mention him freely as I do. After I pick ds1 up from School we are going to get Dilly's balloons and a toy, for his birthday.

Your post reminded me of something our family does...

Before I met my husband, his sister had her first baby and he passed away at 10 months from a fatal disease. Every year on his birthday we all go to his grave and sing for him and send balloons up. We write messages on his balloons then send them up to heaven. Of course I always write something about how sad I am that I never even got to meet him; though I hear about him nearly every day and love looking through his pictures. I am sorry for your great loss and your family will be in my thoughts .

What a sad anniversary. I am so sad for you and your family.

I love the name "Dilly"--so cute & his picture is adorable. I am so sorry that you had to say goodbye so soon.
