Anyone see "Charmed" last night?

I missed the beginning, but at the end they were talking about Phoebe's cause & she came riding up on a horse nude w/only her hair covering her breast (apparently taking the idea from a woman in history). She gave a speech about how dare a certain store owner try to make women ashamed of BFing, she wasn't ashamed of her body & neither should they be to BF their children (huge crowd had gathered). She went on about how BF is a completely natural, wonderful thing. He took a sign out of his window (apparently the source of her outrage) and she rode off. Interesting lactavisim approach, but I liked the message.

P.S. If anyone saw the beginning can you please fill me in? Thanks!

i get to watch it Tuesday night! I am glad they are doing something positive with BF now, they flopped pretty bad when Piper was supposedly nursing Wyatt. She just all of a sudden stopped BFing and went to bottles with no mention of pumping. I had hoped they would have her nursing in a sling while fighting demons.

In the beginning, Piper was nursing Chris at that restaurant and that waiter guy came over and asked them to leave. Phoebe got PISSED. And he referred to the "Management has the right to refuse service to anyone" sign in the window.

Phoebe tried to get a letter to "Ask Phoebe" published about the whole BFing issue, but it didn't work. And the whole episode was about Lady Godiva, how she rode her horse naked for a cause, and basically started Women's Lib. :LOL So, Phoebe took the Lady Godiva approach.

Loved it.

It'll be on again on Tuesday night at 10 p.m. on TNT. I missed it last night, but I'll catch it then!

Now I'm confused. Just last week they showed Piper bottlefeeding her son. It would have been easy for her to nurse him, since she was embodying the mother goddess or some such thing and had 6 arms. I got pissed she was bottle feeding and turned it off.

I was impressed that this episode actually showed a babe at the breast- breast and all. Good activism! I think the show is weird about using bottles as convient to them, but they also fight demons and time travel, I don't count it as educational TV. But its great when they can send a good message about BFing.

yay! wow, I have never seen breastfeeding being portrayed as something so special and beautiful before. I think it's wonderful and I hope it keeps happening!
