Thanks so much Sarah!

I put him to soak in a warm bath and left him without his diaper for quite awhile before bed. The blister looked smaller and slightly scabbed when I put on his bedtime diaper. He wears cloth.

I put in a lay-in raw silk liner, so I am hoping it will do some healing overnight. Also, I should have been more specific...it isn't exactly right on the tip, rather it's about 1/8-1/4 inch back from the tip. I will definetly take him in tomorrow for a culture if it looks worse or the same. I wonder if the ped. would allow me to do the culture? Ds hasn't had a regular ped. appt for about 6 months, also this ped. slightly retracted his foreskin when I brought him in when with what looked to be blood in his diaper. It turned out to be calcium deposits, but I will be on my super mama guard to prevent any further damage.

Our ped. is excellent in every way so far, but we have yet to address this issue. I guess no time like the present.
