I just
my dh!!!
We are 4 months into our second child and dh has said from day one with ds1 that he would never wear any kind of baby-carrying device. He's the type that doesn't want to stand out in a crowd and in these parts, a sling or Bjorn would make a person stand out.
He is very AP, though, and has always supported the AP ideals and has supported my desire to sling the kids. But, he would let his arm practically break off rather than use a sling.
Until yesterday.
We were going shopping out of town (he is on vacation) and we got out of the car in the parking garage. I started to slip on the Bjorn when he asked to wear it. I couldn't believe it! He put it on, slid ds2 in and got this huge smile on his face. He wore ds2 the whole time and I could tell by the look on his face that he was proud and enjoyed the experience. Afterwards, he said he couldn't believe the difference it made in his fatigue level.
I think he's hooked
