why is he so angry? I wish he did not look so angry. He startles me every time I see him, like the words to follow are angrily off topic. He looks like he is on strike or at a protest!

It looks like its a "smiley" someone would use when scolding someone else.. Like "Hey you! Stop going off topic!" but I agree he's too mad.

I always thought the ballons face doesn't look as happy as it should, for one who is celebrating.

Yes Etoile he does! He looks completely blasted, you are totally right. My favorite term for being drunk, is, of course, pie-eyed.

We used to say Shlasted? this guy looks blasted too

this guys looks 'pie-eyed' (lol)

I can't stand this guy, don't know why, he just bugs the heck out of me!

and if nobody noticed, this guys SMOKING!

and anyone have a use for this one?
