Sciatica!

It hurts SOOOO BAD!!

Any stretches or natural remedys to get rid of this pain?

We cannot afford a professional massage or a Chiro.

Yup - Yoga
If you can't find someone to show you these poses, find a good yoga teacher and trust me its WORTH it to get a private class to learn these.

1. Triangle
2. Revolving Triangle
3. Pyramid
4. Pigeon

The midwife who gave me a prenatal massage also said that when standing, if you turn your toes in toward each other, it rotates the hip and muscles back inward (they get pulled outward during pregnancy) and that can help. Also a stretch where you lay down, bend your leg, and gently pull it over the other leg, while keeping your torso straight. If that makes any sense.

No advice just a big I had it the last three pregnancies and will get it again, I'm sure. It is really, really painful.
