Granola... recipies?

Any recipies ladies for your fav. home made Granola? Dh loves the stuff I buy at the local health food store but $$$.
Can you help me?

Funny you ask.... me and a friend have been working on ths for two day's. We wanted to give people granola for x-mas instead of the tray of cookies thing. This sight seems to have some good ones. We are using the one called 'homemade granola'. It has lot's of nuts.

briar- what a great idea- giving granola instead of cookies (I say as I look at several bags of flour I just bought to make cookies: ...next year!)
My mil has a great granola recipe. She arrives tomorrow for a visit and I will ask her for it and post it.
