I'll have to add some stuff. Actually I'm finally working on a nice 'sticky' for a Kefir faq and will do a Kombucha one too...
Well, since this thread is revived I'll ask a question.... can I cut my giant dairy grains up into smaller pieces or will that kill them? They are about the size of a plum or peach!!!
