Kefir water

YUM yum yum! It is really good. I was afraid I killed my grains before but turns out I didn't. I let it sit for 48 hours and yum yum yum.

I hadn't tried the water yet, as I don't have any liquid malt. Did you use it and where did you find liquid malt?

I was going to try the Grape Juice soak, though!

Same question as xenabyte... Can I substitute the malt with maple syrup?

I got the barley malt at Henrys.
