Does anyone know if Kefir is beneficial during a yeast infection like yogurt is? I just assumed it would be so I bought some because I've been wanting to try it, but when I opened it up it smelled a lot like yeast. I tasted it and it's kind of yeasty tasting too. I just don't want to be eating something that will make things worse! Thanks for any ideas!
